Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping origin and delivery times: Everdeal partners with international suppliers, and most items ship from our partner warehouses in China. Estimated delivery time to the United States and Uruguay is 10-20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Delays caused by customs, holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

 

Shipping costs: Free standard shipping is included on all current listings unless otherwise noted at checkout.

 

Customs, duties, and import taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Everdeal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges applied by customs authorities.

 

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or provide a resolution.
